establishing a plan and constructing
a new renovation.

• An initial meeting with one of our professionals will
help us determine the general floor plan and basic
requirements you need.

• You will be asked to furnish our team with a
room-by-room list of your desires for your new home
including finishes, size, function and any other
information that will help us design your perfect plan.

• A rough plan is designed incorporating the ideas
formed from the initial meeting and your “wish list”.
