Our Process
phase 1
DESIGN/BUDGET - We work directly with the designer to ensure your dream house is designed in the most efficient and effective way possible. We aren't about promising a design and budget that we can't keep, so we take the time during pre-build to ensure the smoothest possible process.
PHASE 2
CONSTRUCTION - We keep you informed throughout the entire construction process - and you get updates directly from the owner. We're all about family here at West Hill and consider you ours; therefore, no question is too crazy and no phone call is considered 'past-business hours'. We're here for you and want you to feel as comfortable during the building process as you feel in your new home.
PHASE 3
POST PROJECT - Once you've moved into your dream home, our commitment doesn't end there. Like we said, we consider you family, and will continue to make ourselves available to you long after your house becomes your home.
